by Audrey L. Barclay
I walk alone,
No mortal man can share my inmost tho'ts,
Nor any of my burdens bear.
My sorrows, illnesses, my fears,
My want for food, my loneliness, my tears,
Are mine, alone. But wait!
I'm not alone,
For every weary mile
God walks beside me all the while.
I DO NOT WALK ALONE!
